Direct to garment

Direct to Garment (DTG) printing process is a simple and easy way for exceptional print quality. It is a process of printing on textiles using specialized inkjet technology. Big Oven Tees DTG printers hold the garment in a fixed position and use specialty inks that are applied to the textile directly by the print head and are absorbed by the garment's fibers for a high-quality print resulting in a soft and durable imprint that feels as great as it looks.

It also has several key advantages over traditional printing methods, including:

  • no minimum order quantity because there is no costly set-up of screens.
  • an unlimited color range in each design, and photo quality printing.
  • soft & durable imprint due to the ink being injected into the fabric, resulting in apparel that feels as great as it looks.

screen printed heat transfer

Screen printing involves creating a stencil (printers call this a "screen") and then using that stencil to apply layers of ink on the printing surface. Each color is applied using a different stencil, one at a time, combined to achieve the final look.

The Screen Printing process is a great option for a large order with only a few colors.

heat transfer

Heat Transfer is a process that uses a wide assortment of materials (Specialty Heat Transfer Films). Including our Metallic, Glitter, Reflective, Glow in the Dark, and Hologram films. Big Oven Tees uses laser technology to cut your designs to shape. We then use our pneumatic heat presses to apply them to the garments.

It how we put the "PLUS" in DTG PLUS+, taking a great design to outstanding!

Sublimation

Sublimation or also known as Dye Sublimation is the process of printing directly onto objects that are 100% polyester, poly/cotton mix (the garment should be at least 50% poly) or have a special polymer coating.  This printing process turns solid ink into a gas, avoiding a liquid stage and permanently fusing the graphic with the polyester material. Big Oven Tees sublimation has several key advantages over traditional printing methods, including:

  • no minimum order quantity because there is no costly set-up of screens.
  • an unlimited color range in each design, and photo quality printing.

Swarovski crystal

Swarovski Crystals are diamond-like rhinestones. These Crystals will give you the most sparkle and shine and are appropriate for high-end projects in regards to looking expensive. The best in the industry for shine and durability.
